Wedding Management because who really wants an event planner showing up blindly on the day of the event?
With this service, the Bride will compose a list of how she (YOU) wants things done from the wedding rehearsal all the way through the reception. Discussion usually begins about 2 months prior to the wedding with all vendor contact information sent to coordinator no later than one month prior to the wedding.
The coordinator will follow the list along with all that’s agreed upon exactly to make sure everything runs as smoothly as planned. These things include getting the bridal party down the aisle, cuing music, orchestrating room flip, cocktail hour and photos go simultaneously, etc.
